Description
Andrea Canedo, the interior designer, had worked with Smith&Fong panel products on a previously project, “I had excellent results with that product; the quality was very good and it looked stunning”, she said. For her current project, Andrea was looking for a deep, rich material with movement; “I was looking for a similar material that provided the use of exotic wood with interesting patterns”. The design concept was to be inspired by a tropical jungle and the combination of the Indian black palm and exposed bamboo interior produced an “explosion of rich grain patterns and textures” that the client loved right away. Additional features of the wall installation included a single hanging door made from the Rajasthan panel to material.
