Il movimento Art D\u00e9co, nato a Parigi nel 1925, ha influenzato profondamente discipline creative come l'architettura, i trasporti e il design dei mobili. Ha anche inaugurato un periodo di innovazione nei materiali, sia naturali che artificiali. Tra questi, il legno di palma emerse come una nuova ed entusiasmante opzione, sostenuta da uno dei pi\u00f9 influenti designer di mobili dell'epoca, Eug\u00e8ne Printz (1889-1948).<\/p>
